Playing around with comments

I'm currently messing with the commenting system. I'm trying out a replacement for Blogger's built-in comments. It's called IntenseDebate. The only problem is that I think I'll lose all existing comments, and I really don't want to do that.

So for now, if you see a weird comment thingy that doesn't look right, just know that I'm playing with it. I'll let y'all know if/when I complete the switch.

At December 12, 2008 at 11:29 AM , Anonymous said...: Just for the input, I absolutely hate IntenseDebate. About as much as I hate blogger's comment system. But you can change blogger to in-line comments (with numbers) and fix it that way, pretty easily.

Mostly, I've heard that commenters are having problems with Blogger's authentication and also with it messing up the submission, resulting in comments disappearing.

And mostly I like playing with things, so I figured I'd give it a go ;-)
